The story that black tea comes from the accidental fermentation of green tea during a long journey is likely not likely. Language of the Leaf has a carefully selected variety of full bodied black teas which taste wonderful alone or can be taken with milk and sugar. In fact studies show that drinking black tea provides the same health benefits as its green counterpart. Strong enough for a morning cup, black tea still has only about 25% of the caffeine of a cup of coffee, so one gets a nice lift without the jitters.
